About The Position
Kia of Temecula is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our high-performing service department. If you are passionate about automotive excellence, committed to precision workmanship, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills required.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Nice To Haves
- Kia or similar brand experience preferred.
- ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Kia and other manufacturers.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections.
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
