Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop)
- ASE certifications a plus
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude
- Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning
- Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately
- Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations
- Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)
Responsibilities
- Perform used vehicle reconditioning, including brakes, suspension, steering components, engine repairs and maintenance, transmission service, cooling systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately.
- Adhere to used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations.
- Work on multiple makes and models (domestic and import).
