Requirements

Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry
Strong sales and finance background with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
Knowledge of dealership management systems and CRM tools
High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales volume and profitability targets
Oversee the entire sales process, including appraising and acquiring inventory, desking deals, and structuring financing options
Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and customer satisfaction
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge
Build and maintain relationships with customers, finance sources, and external partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations
