About The Position
Audi Stuart, one of Florida’s top-performing Audi dealerships, is proud to be part of Murgado Automotive Group, a nationally recognized leader in the automotive industry. We are seeking a Used-Car Sales Manager to lead the pre-owned team and turn strong inventory into consistent results—and strong personal earnings. You’ll own the used-car department at Audi Stuart. Your focus is simple: build a high-performing team, move inventory profitably, and deliver the kind of customer experience that matches the Audi brand. You’ll set strategy, coach your people, control pricing and merchandising, and keep the process smooth from first inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years in automotive sales with at least 2 years leading a sales team (used-car experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to hit numbers and grow a department
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of current used-vehicle market dynamics and sales tools
- High integrity and a customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day used-vehicle operations and hit department targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a sales team that consistently performs
- Manage inventory levels, pricing, and presentation so cars sell at the right pace and margin
- Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategy quickly
- Partner with new-car, finance, service, and other teams for a seamless customer journey
- Protect the dealership’s reputation through strong processes and compliance
