About The Position

Honda of Huntersville is seeking a forward-thinking Pre-Owned Sales Director to lead our growing used car sales department. In this role, you’ll drive the performance of our pre-owned sales department, strategy and optimization of all customer related touchpoints- with a heavy focus on acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, and vehicle sales. You’ll oversee our pricing strategy, lead optimization, strategic acquisition and increase our high performing pre-owned sales department. Requirements

Used Car Manager experience in a high-volume dealership with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).
Ability to develop and motivate a team of top performers.
Used car inventory management (Pricing cars, appraising trades, buying inventory at auction, displaying and marketing used vehicles, wholesale and retail used car sales).
Ability to work deals from A to Z.
