About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively hiring experienced Used Car Managers/Desk Managers for regional opportunities across our growing dealership network. This is an opportunity for results-driven automotive leaders with experience in inventory management, desking, appraisals, and dealership profitability to grow with one of the region's largest and most respected dealer groups. Hertrich is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 Dealerships, 14 Collision Centers, and 18 Automotive Brands. Requirements

• 3+ years automotive management experience
• Experience with CRM systems and inventory management
• Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying/appraising experience preferred
• Desking a strong plus
• Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge
• OEM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance
• Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability
• Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale/liquidation activity
• Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives
• Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams
