About The Position

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with a strong operational background and solid understanding of the used equipment market to join our team as a Used Asset Supervisor. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956. The Used Asset Supervisor will own the development and successful execution of Hugg & Hall's used asset strategy across all branches. In this role you will: Create, manage, and enforce an efficient, comprehensive system built to improve and streamline each stage of the used asset lifecycle. Develop and champion a technology focused approach that creates real time visibility and tracking of inventory across all asset categories (i.e. dashboards, forecasting methodology, pricing tools, etc) Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure the implementation and adoption of newly developed strategies, tools, and programs

Requirements

Strong understanding of equipment valuation and condition assessment.
Operationally focused with strong attention to detail.
Ability to drive implementation/execution across multiple departments.
Superb communication skills with an accountability mindset.
High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with fleet or asset disposal a big plus
College Degree preferred
