About The Position
Everglades City Airboat Tours is searching for a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain to join our family-owned team. For more than 40 years, we've been introducing visitors from around the world to the beauty of the Everglades. We take pride in providing safe, professional, and memorable experiences and we're looking for the right captain to become part of that tradition. This is a full-time or part-time position.
Requirements
- Holds a valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License (required)
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Is dependable, professional, and safety-minded
- A valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain's License is required before employment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate our 6 passenger airboats on guided Mangrove Jungle tours
- Share the history, wildlife, and beauty of the area with guests
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work alongside an experienced, supportive team
