About The Position

The US Warehouse Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our US and UK third-party logistics warehouses. This includes ensuring continuous US inbound deliveries from origin, monitoring storage levels and identifying necessary actions, and ensuring on time order dispatching to Reiss stores, concessions, wholesale partners and eCommerce. The successful candidate will manage a team of two based in the UK and will be a key stakeholder between the transport partner, warehouses and logistics team. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract, based 1 - 2 days at our DC location.

Requirements

Proven track record of manging a 3PL warehouse
In depth understanding of inbound & outbound operational efficiency barriers
Experience in using TMS and WMS platforms
Experienced in driving operational KPI improvement
Well organised and self-motivated with strong communication skills
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in managing new customer operational requirements/campaign launches is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring both US DCs are operating within inbound and outbound SLAs, monitoring operational orderbook versus capacity
Manage the establishment of the new DC in Texas
Manage two Warehouse Coordinators, based in the UK
Act as main point of contact locally in the US for retail and partners regarding outbound fulfilment and returns
Ensuring that all deliveries are received (supplier and returns), processed, and dispatched correctly and on time
Identifying and driving operational process improvements
Responsible for the maintenance of accurate inventory records, and implementing processes to minimise errors, delays or cancellations
Ownership of Logistics invoicing for US DC and local freight partner storage / customs charges.
