US Trainer

Wheely•New York, NY
•$90,000 - $110,000

About The Position

Wheely is hiring a US Trainer to own and protect the quality of its chauffeur service across the United States. The role works closely with local operations teams and global headquarters to design, deliver, and continuously refine training for the chauffeur fleet. It involves hands-on ownership of chauffeur training, assessments, and service quality, helping uphold Wheely’s five-star luxury standards as the business grows. This is an operations-embedded role rather than a traditional HR or classroom-only learning and development position. The trainer works directly with chauffeurs, assesses real-world performance, and intervenes when standards are not met. The role suits hospitality professionals moving into the technology sector, combining luxury-service expertise with a practical operational approach and more regular hours. Wheely draws on practices from five-star hospitality, premium airlines, and private aviation, and partners with Forbes Travel Guide on training and service excellence.
