About The Position

We are looking for a highly execution-driven US Project Director to lead our market entry and project delivery in the United States. This role is best suited for a Program Director / Senior Project Director from an EPC background, who can manage multiple projects, build teams rather than a purely investment-focused executive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in EPC companies (power transmission preferred)
• Background as Program Director / Project Director / Senior PM managing multiple projects
• Strong track record of end-to-end project delivery
• Experience working with US utilities (TSO / IOU) is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive execution
• Strong communication skills with client-facing capability

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple transmission line projects (EPC or EPC-like) across the US
• Take full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance
• Build and implement a program-level project management system
• Support key client relationships (TSOs, IOUs, large energy users)
• Contribute to project acquisition through technical and delivery credibility
• Translate client needs into actionable project execution plans
• Build and lead the US project delivery and engineering team
• Drive collaboration between local teams and global HQ (design & technology)
• Develop a high-performance, execution-focused culture
• Ensure successful delivery of lighthouse projects in the US market
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
