About The Position

TreasurySpring is a fast-growing London-based financial technology company that aims to fix fundamental structural problems in money markets. Launched in 2018, the company offers institutional clients a single gateway to a broad range of risk-adjusted cash investment options through its regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform. This platform connects cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers, serving clients such as large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, and high-growth tech companies. The company operates globally with offices in London and New York.

Requirements

1-3 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment.
Experience working with institutional clients and partners.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Comfort and experience using AI tools, G-suite, Notion, Slack, CRM software.
Basic financial services literacy a must.
Strong work ethic to help support the company’s ambitious growth goals.
Collaborative mindset, working effectively across US and UK teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and develop.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with institutional cash management a plus.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution of partnerships, including building trusted relationships with partners and prospective partners at various levels.
Help prepare materials and reports for internal meetings and partner reviews.
Ensure consistent tracking of partner pipeline and follow-up cadence.
Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams across the business.
Support Partnerships team with day-to-day tasks.
