About The Position

TreasurySpring is a fast-growing London-based financial technology company that aims to fix fundamental structural problems in money markets. Launched in 2018, the company offers institutional clients a single gateway to a broad range of risk-adjusted cash investment options through its regulated Fixed-Term Fund platform. This platform creates new digital pipelines connecting cash-rich firms to institutional borrowers. Clients include large Private Equity funds, Asset Managers, listed Corporates, and high-growth tech companies. The company operates globally from offices in London and New York.

Requirements

1-3 years of commercial experience in a B2B environment
Experience working with institutional clients and partners
Familiarity with institutional cash management a plus
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Detail-oriented, ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Comfort and experience using AI tools, G-suite, Notion, Slack, CRM software
Basic financial services literacy a must
Strong work ethic to help support the company’s ambitious growth goals
Collaborative mindset, working effectively across US and UK teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution of partnerships, including building trusted relationships with partners and prospective partners at various levels
Help prepare materials and reports for internal meetings and partner reviews
Ensure consistent tracking of partner pipeline and follow-up cadence
Conduct market research to identify new partner opportunities
Collaborate with cross functional teams across the business
Support Partnerships team with day-to-day tasks
