About The Position

Insight Assurance is a rapidly growing global audit firm specializing in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HITRUST, CMMC, and FedRAMP. We differentiate ourselves through a tech-enabled approach, utilizing compliance automation and advanced collaboration tools to deliver efficient and impactful audit services. Recognized on the Inc. 5000 and Fast 50 lists, we are expanding our team and seeking a Director of Partnerships to scale our partner program as a key revenue driver. This is a senior, builder-oriented role reporting to the CRO and serving on the revenue leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a high-agency operator with a proven ability to develop and scale partner programs, drive revenue through the channel, and lead a small team while managing top-tier partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience successfully building and scaling channel or partner programs within GRC, cybersecurity, audit, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of taking a partner program from a less mature state to a scaled, revenue-generating motion, with demonstrable results (sourced revenue growth, partner count, tier evolution, co-sell motion).
  • Experience as a player-coach, comfortable managing top-tier partners personally while leading a small team.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a revenue leader, owning the number and proactively communicating with the CRO.
  • High agency and a builder mindset, defaulting to action and proactively addressing issues.
  • Data-driven approach, fluent in funnel math, attribution, and partner economics, bringing diagnoses with data.
  • Programmatic thinker, focused on systematizing, documenting, or removing recurring tasks.
  • Strong negotiation skills with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of bringing drafts for review.
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to complete projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex business relationships, multi-party deals, and successful programs.
  • Professionalism under cross-functional pressure, resolving friction with peers without executive intervention.
  • Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling such as HubSpot, Crossbeam/Reveal, Clay, and partner portals.
  • Deep understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, service offerings (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, FedRAMP, PCI DSS, HITRUST) and the broader compliance ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Interest and familiarity with technology, business operations, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner program P&L, including partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced revenue, partner-attached deal size, and partner contribution to total pipeline.
  • Define and execute the multi-year partner strategy, encompassing tiering, segmentation, and prioritization across channel, technology, and strategic alliance partners.
  • Deepen and broaden relationships with strategic partners, acting as the executive face, building joint business plans, and driving co-sell motions.
  • Build scalable systems and playbooks for partner onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, lead routing, and QBR cadence.
  • Develop and implement the partner vs. AE motion across the revenue organization, ensuring clear ownership for different deal types.
  • Design and execute the partner marketing menu in collaboration with the Marketing team, including clear deliverables, capacity envelopes, and measurable outcomes.
  • Promote consistent collaboration and planning between partners, sales, audit services, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Recruit, qualify, and onboard new strategic partners to expand reach into target ICPs and frameworks.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance accountability systems for the partner program, reporting on pipeline, performance, and progress with diagnoses and action plans.
  • Hire, coach, and hold accountable a small team of partner managers, building capacity for future scale.
  • Prioritize high-leverage activities and programmatize lower-leverage tasks to avoid becoming a bottleneck.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate high agency in a dynamic environment by defaulting to action, bringing proposed solutions to leadership, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue generation, and long-term account growth within a revenue team structure, aligning with company vision and values.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with enterprise sales experience and market benchmarks.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses tied to pipeline generation and revenue milestones.
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Professional development budget for industry certifications, sales training, and conference participation.
  • 100% remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to build an enterprise franchise at a fast-growing global audit firm.
