About The Position

Movember's US operation is growing, and commercial partnerships are central to how it gets there. As Director, Partnerships, you'll own the strategy and delivery of Movember's partnership growth in the United States, leading a team focused on attracting, securing, and scaling new commercial and strategic partnerships worth six figures and above. This is a new-business-first role. You'll personally lead high-value pitches and negotiations, build and convert a qualified pipeline of major corporate prospects including Fortune 500-level companies, and close six- and seven-figure partnership agreements that deliver revenue and impact for both Movember and its partners. You'll draw on an established corporate network across a diverse range of industries, with particular weight given to healthcare, and develop bespoke, multi-faceted commercial proposals tailored to each prospect. Beyond your own deal-making, you'll lead the US Partnerships team with clear accountabilities for pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets. You'll build new-business capability across the team through coaching, training, and leading by example, and ensure that partner stewardship standards are set and embedded so that newly won partnerships are set up for long-term retention and growth. Strategically, you'll shape the US partnerships strategy in line with the Global Strategy and US Country Plan, contribute actively to global partnerships revenue and strategy, and collaborate closely with Impact, Fundraising, Marketing, and Central Services to leverage Movember's year-round campaign moments, events, and impact programs as partnership opportunities. You'll report to the Country Director, USA, and play a key role in the senior leadership of the US market, helping to allocate resources, manage reputational risk, and ensure everything the team does is compliant with Movember's policies, values, and the relevant legislation and sector good practice.
