About REPRESENT REPRESENT is a UK-born premium streetwear and performance brand operating at the intersection of fashion, culture, and innovation. With a rapidly expanding global presence, the US market is a critical growth driver for the brand. REPRESENT’s US business is being built as a high-impact, entrepreneurial engine, fast-moving, experimental, and deeply connected to modern commerce and culture. We don’t operate with legacy mindsets. This team is designed to push boundaries, test boldly, and execute at speed, working in close partnership with Represent HQ in the UK, while maintaining strong local ownership and accountability. We’re seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Growth to join our US team, based in Los Angeles, CA, to help shape and scale Represent’s next phase of growth in the American market. Role Overview The US Marketing & Growth Manager is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for driving marketing-led growth across the United States. Reporting directly to the Brand President, North America (or another individual designated by the company’s CEO), this role owns the end-to-end marketing growth agenda for the region. This is a marketing-first position, focused on building demand, accelerating revenue, and translating cultural relevance into measurable commercial performance. The role blends strategic leadership with execution, ideal for an operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments. We’re looking for an innovative marketer who is constantly testing new platforms, tools, and ways of working, with a strong bias toward social commerce, emerging channels, and non-traditional growth levers. Legacy playbooks won’t work here. Curiosity, experimentation, speed, and hustle are critical to success.

Requirements

  • Experience across growth marketing, performance marketing, and social commerce
  • Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, and evolving social platforms
  • Background in fashion, premium streetwear, or performance apparel strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-moving environments
  • Ambitious, curious, and motivated by building something special

Responsibilities

  • Lead US marketing strategy with a clear focus on growth, performance, and commercial impact.
  • Drive social commerce initiatives across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
  • Develop and scale creator-led and community-driven growth strategies
  • Partner closely with E-commerce to convert traffic into revenue and retention
  • Executes product launches, drops, and campaigns with speed and precision
  • Actively test new tools, platforms, and tactics to stay ahead of market shifts
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into action
  • Serve as a US market voice, feeding trends, platform insights, and opportunities back to UK HQ
