Position Overview: The US Marketing Activation Lead is responsible for executing Nordica’s seasonal marketing campaigns across the United States. Reporting to the North American Marketing & Communications Manager, this role turns North American Go-To-Market strategy into strong domestic execution across U.S. retail, trade, event, and consumer-facing programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who can manage multiple workstreams, align agency and internal partners, and deliver high-quality programs on time. The US Marketing Activation Lead drives campaign rollout, trade activation, event support, and creative coordination, ensuring that U.S. marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, organization, and strong market relevance.
