About The Position

The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across Pfizer Biopharma. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space and the indication expansion launch of HYMPAVZI, an innovative anti-TFPI treatment, now approved for patients 6+ with Hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. HYMPAVZI is a Pfizer priority brand with high visibility, still in its critical growth days of launch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of a breakthrough product on a highly talented, innovative, and patient-focused team. The US HYMPAVZI HCP Medical Education & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing Director is a strategic leadership role and a key member of the HYMPAVZI HCP marketing team. Reporting to the US HYMPAVZI HCP Team Lead, the Director owns the end-to-end medical education, peer-to-peer, and KOL engagement strategy for the brand – setting the strategic direction, platform, and messaging architecture that shape how the medical and scientific community understands and adopts HYMPAVZI. Working closely with the broader HYMPAVZI brand team, the hemophilia portfolio and factor team, and cross-functional partners across Medical, Market Access, Sales, Insights, Thought Leader Engagement, and Review Committee, the Director translates scientific and commercial priorities into an integrated Med Ed/P2P plan that accelerates awareness and appropriate use during a pivotal period of accelerated growth. Core accountabilities include leading the KOL engagement strategy; owning the Med Ed, speaker program, and clinical experience roundtable (CER) platform (setting messaging strategy, content development, and operational excellence); directing congress and symposium strategy and content; serving as the commercial lead for Pfizer Hemophilia Day; leading a robust and systematic patient identification strategy; owning US competitive intelligence for the franchise; and serving as the lead partner for the Med Ed agency relationship, inclusive of project and budget management. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the strategic trajectory of a breakthrough, priority launch and to lead HCP medical education end-to-end. The ideal candidate is a commercial leader with a proven track record of setting strategy, leading cross-functional teams and agency partners, and delivering results in a fast-paced launch environment. He/she brings strong executive presence, the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, and deep experience translating scientific evidence into compelling medical education and peer-to-peer engagement. Experience in specialty care, rare disease, or hematology is strongly preferred.
