About The Position

The US Hemophilia franchise is one of the most rapidly growing businesses across Pfizer Biopharma. The franchise is building on the strong legacy of Pfizer in the Hemophilia space and the indication expansion launch of HYMPAVZI, an innovative anti-TFPI treatment, now approved for patients 6+ with Hemophilia A or B with or without inhibitors. HYMPAVZI is a Pfizer priority brand with high visibility, still in its critical growth days of launch. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of a breakthrough product on a highly talented, innovative, and patient-focused team. The US HYMPAVZI HCP Personal Promotion & Access Marketing Director is a strategic leadership role whose focus is on setting and driving the HCP personal promotion and field strategy, including HCP education and adoption and HCP-facing access strategy, for HYMPAVZI. Reporting to the US HYMPAVZI Brand Team Lead, the Director owns the field force (Hemophilia Account Specialist team) promotional strategy end-to-end: the personal promotion model and core selling story, HCP targeting, core promotional and visual-aid asset development, field engagement and omnichannel orchestration of the personal/field channel, Plan of Action (POA) leadership, and field training and message pull-through. The Director also leads the brand’s HCP-facing access marketing strategy agenda and Account & Reimbursement field team support – equipping the field and provider offices with appropriate access and patient-support education and materials to navigate access for appropriate patients. Partnering across Sales and Access & Reimbursement field leadership, Insights & Analytics, Training, Medical, and RC, the Director translates brand strategy and field and customer insights into an integrated personal-promotion plan that accelerates product education, awareness, and appropriate use during a pivotal period of launch acceleration across all indications. This is a highly visible opportunity to own the personal promotion engine for a breakthrough, priority launch. The ideal candidate is an accomplished commercial leader with deep experience in HCP personal promotion and field force marketing – complemented by experience with HCP-facing access and patient-support solutions. He/she has a proven record of setting strategy and leading through influence across sales, access, and agency partners and delivering results in a fast-paced launch environment, and brings strong executive presence and the ability to align and influence senior leadership. Experience in specialty care, rare disease, hematology, and/or working closely with a specialty field force or account-specialist team is required.
