As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a vital role in managing complex employment-based immigration cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing strategic solutions that support global workforce mobility. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset and collaborative approach.
Nice To Haves
- Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred.
- Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services.
- Familiarity with Vialto Law’s tech-driven solutions (e.g., the myMobility app, Mobility Moments, and Mobility Brand initiatives on LinkedIn) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including PERM and Adjustment of Status filings.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests.
- Support program management efforts for key client accounts and contribute to special projects to enhance immigration processes.
- Assist in training junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices.
- Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence.
- Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies.
- Participate in client meetings and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables.
- Uphold the firm’s values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
