About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a thriving urology practice serving a growing community in southern Oregon. This opportunity offers access to advanced robotic technology, a strong referral network, experienced clinical and surgical support, and a balanced call schedule. Physicians will have the opportunity to grow a rewarding practice while enjoying excellent compensation and an exceptional quality of life. The practice is established with a strong referral network and offers access to two da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems. Clinical and surgical services are conveniently located within one building, eliminating the need for travel between practice locations. The urologist will serve a regional population of more than 110,000 residents within a collaborative, team-oriented practice environment with dedicated clinical and surgical support staff. A balanced call schedule of approximately five to six days per month is provided, with additional compensation available for extra call coverage. The clinical opportunity includes providing comprehensive general urology services, diagnosing and treating a broad range of urologic conditions, and performing both traditional and robot-assisted surgical procedures. The physician will utilize advanced robotic technology for appropriate cases, collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and surgical teams, and participate in the continued growth and development of the urology program. There is an opportunity for ancillary income through participation in outpatient surgery management, and the role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a supportive clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
  • Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
