About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established ENT program serving a close-knit community in northeastern Oregon. This opportunity offers a broad mix of medical and surgical Otolaryngology, strong earning potential, production incentives, and comprehensive recruitment support. The physician will have the opportunity to manage both routine and complex ENT conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is a full-time employed position with a day-shift schedule, offering a broad-based ENT practice with no remote option. The role involves a collaborative care model with audiologists, speech and language pathologists, and other medical specialists, providing comprehensive diagnostic, procedural, and postoperative care, patient education, and longitudinal follow-up within a team-oriented clinical environment. There is an opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the ENT service line.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
• Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the ears, nose, throat, and head and neck
• Manage common conditions such as ear infections, hearing loss, and sinus disease
• Perform routine and advanced ENT procedures
• Manage complex head and neck conditions, including oncology and reconstructive cases
• Develop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans
• Provide postoperative management and continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment across a wide range of ENT needs
