About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care program serving a close-knit community in northeastern Oregon. This opportunity offers a broad outpatient practice, strong earning potential, production incentives, and a comprehensive recruitment package. The physician will provide preventive, acute, and chronic care while helping shape clinical quality initiatives and the continued development of patient services. This is a full-time, on-site primary care practice without obstetric deliveries, focusing on comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of healthcare needs.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
  • Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
  • DEA certification or ability to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of healthcare needs
  • Perform general health histories, physical examinations, and problem-focused assessments
  • Interpret diagnostic testing and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and clinical policy development
  • Practice within a community-focused healthcare environment
  • Provide preventive care, health promotion, and disease prevention
  • Manage acute and chronic diseases
  • Provide women’s and reproductive healthcare within the scope of outpatient Family Medicine
  • Develop differential diagnoses and individualized management plans
  • Provide care coordination for patients with complex medical needs
  • Educate patients and families
  • Contribute to clinical quality, operational improvements, and program development
