Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Pendleton, Oregon
About The Position
HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care program serving a close-knit community in northeastern Oregon. This opportunity offers a broad outpatient practice, strong earning potential, production incentives, and a comprehensive recruitment package. The physician will provide preventive, acute, and chronic care while helping shape clinical quality initiatives and the continued development of patient services. This is a full-time, on-site primary care practice without obstetric deliveries, focusing on comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of healthcare needs
- Perform general health histories, physical examinations, and problem-focused assessments
- Interpret diagnostic testing and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committees, and clinical policy development
- Practice within a community-focused healthcare environment
- Provide preventive care, health promotion, and disease prevention
- Manage acute and chronic diseases
- Provide women’s and reproductive healthcare within the scope of outpatient Family Medicine
- Develop differential diagnoses and individualized management plans
- Provide care coordination for patients with complex medical needs
- Educate patients and families
- Contribute to clinical quality, operational improvements, and program development
