About The Position

This is a Locum Tenens position for a Urologist in Gettysburg, PA, covering a clinic and occasionally the hospital. The coverage period is from January 4, 2027, to April 5, 2027. The role involves providing general urology outpatient care, performing hospital rounds and consultations, conducting urologic procedures such as ureteroscopies, managing the OR surgical schedule, and supervising support staff. The patient volume is a minimum of 14 patients per day, primarily adults and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA required
• 3 years minimum experience

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology outpatient care in the clinic.
• Perform hospital rounds and consultations during daytime hours.
• Conduct urologic procedures including ureteroscopies.
• Manage OR surgical schedule alongside clinic duties.
• Supervise support staff including medical assistants and office personnel.
