Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload mix of 75% outpatient and 25% inpatient.
• Cover 7 shifts per month for call.
• See an average of 25 patients per clinic day.
• Perform 5–10 surgical cases per week.
