About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a Urologist Physician to join a high-performing, collaborative team in Southern Arizona. This role offers practice in a fully equipped surgical environment with access to advanced technology like the DaVinci Xi and Aquablation. The position emphasizes a balance between clinical work and operational efficiency, with robust administrative support for billing, credentialing, marketing, and compliance. The practice is located at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson, a DNV-certified Primary Plus Stroke Center.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Practice urology in a fully equipped surgical environment.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation.
• Manage clinical volume of approximately 24 patients per day in clinic.
• Perform 15-20 surgical cases per week.
• Provide ER call coverage, a minimum of 7 days per month.
• Share weekend call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, and 1 RN.
