About The Position

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a Urologist Physician to join their high-performing, collaborative team in Southern Arizona. This role offers a fully equipped surgical environment with access to advanced technology like DaVinci Xi and Aquablation, along with dedicated clinical support. The position emphasizes a balance between clinical practice and operational efficiency, with centralized administrative support for billing, credentialing, marketing, and compliance. The schedule is structured for work-life balance, allowing physicians to focus on patient-centered outcomes and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Practice Urology in a fully equipped surgical environment.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation.
• Manage clinical volume of approximately 24 patients per day in clinic.
• Perform 15-20 surgical cases per week.
• Share weekend call duties.
• Provide ER call coverage, a minimum of 7 days per month.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, and 1 RN.
