About The Position

Pinehurst Surgical Clinic (PSC) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologic Surgeon to join their established Urologic Surgery team in Pinehurst, North Carolina. This is an opportunity for a surgeon to build a long-term practice within an independent, physician-owned multispecialty organization with a strong regional reputation and established referral network. Founded in 1946, PSC has served the Sandhills and surrounding communities for 80 years and includes over 48 board-certified physicians, 33 advanced practice providers, and over 400 employees. The Urologic Surgery team provides comprehensive evaluation, medical management, and surgical treatment for a broad range of urologic conditions. The incoming physician will join an established practice with experienced clinical and administrative support and the opportunity to develop a practice based on individual interests and expertise. The Urologic Surgeon will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of patients with a wide range of urologic conditions. The position offers an established Urology practice with a strong regional patient base, access to an extensive network of referring physicians and providers, a broad mix of general and surgical urology, opportunities to develop areas of subspecialty interest, experienced clinical, administrative, and practice-management support, access to imaging and other complementary services within PSC, hospital affiliation and surgical opportunities through FirstHealth of the Carolinas, and outpatient surgical opportunities through the Surgery Center of Pinehurst. Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board certification or board eligibility in Urology
• Eligibility for an unrestricted North Carolina medical license
• Eligibility for hospital privileges
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Interest in working collaboratively within a physician-owned multi-specialty practice
