About The Position
Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a highly qualified Urologic Oncology Surgeon to join its distinguished faculty in the Division of Surgery. This is a dedicated, cancer-focused practice committed exclusively to providing cutting-edge, comprehensive oncology care. Baptist MD Anderson brings an unprecedented level of specialized oncology care to the Southeastern United States, offering physicians a compelling blend of patient-centered clinical care and the academic rigor of a world-renowned cancer network. Baptist Health is proud to be one of only six unique health systems in the United States chosen to replicate MD Anderson Cancer Center’s multidisciplinary and proven model of care, serving as the Southeast patient care hub for the MD Anderson Cancer Network.
Requirements
- Doctorate of Medicine (MD) or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
- Must possess or obtain an unrestricted Florida Medical License and active DEA registration.
- Demonstrated skills to establish and maintain an active cancer-focused clinical practice in urologic oncology.
- Willingness to support general urology needs as required.
- Strong commitment to multidisciplinary patient care and academic scholarship.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of a fellowship sanctioned by the Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) is strongly preferred.
- Candidates currently in fellowship are encouraged to apply.
