UrgentVet bridges daytime general practice and emergency or overnight care by providing after-hours care for canine and feline patients. Its hospitals treat common urgent cases such as wounds, ear infections, vomiting and diarrhea, and provide euthanasia. The paperless clinics are equipped with cloud-based electronic medical records, digital x-ray, and IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment. The Veterinary Assistant helps provide patient care, team leadership, and client service in a fast-paced urgent care clinic. The role requires regular on-site attendance to support patient care, respond to time-sensitive needs, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain the safety and well-being of patients, clients, and staff. The company will consider reasonable accommodation requests under the ADA and applicable laws.
