Requirements

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
Active veterinary license in good standing.
3+ years of veterinary clinical experience.
Experience with general medicine and surgery.
Strong interest or experience in urgent care medicine.
Comfortable handling a variety of same-day and higher-acuity cases.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, confident, and adaptable approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat urgent and same-day veterinary cases.
Perform medical procedures and routine soft-tissue surgeries as appropriate.
Provide dental care and related procedures.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
Establish high standards for patient care and clinical medicine.
Mentor and support associate veterinarians and veterinary staff.
Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve patient flow, efficiency, and client experience.
Participate in developing a strong, supportive clinical culture.
Assist with the continued growth and development of the practice.
