About The Position

Priority Pet Urgent Care is opening a new urgent care clinic in St. Augustine, Florida, and is seeking veterinarians at all career stages. The clinic aims to provide accessible, high-quality care and bridge the gap between primary and emergency veterinary care. Veterinarians have medical autonomy and access to a new facility and modern equipment, along with business and operational support aligned with their goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth. The veterinarian will help provide high-quality medicine, support and mentor other veterinarians, and promote a positive clinic culture.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 2 years of veterinary experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership skills and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
