About The Position

Priority Pet Urgent Care is opening a new clinic near Doctors Inlet in Fleming Island and is seeking veterinarians at all career stages to help launch it. The clinic aims to provide accessible, quality urgent care for pets and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. The organization emphasizes teamwork, compassion, excellence, medical autonomy, and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development. The clinic offers flexible scheduling and no overnight shifts. Veterinarians will work in a new facility with modern equipment and receive support and business solutions tailored to their goals. The position may be part-time or full-time; some benefits may vary by employment status. A satisfactory background check may be required for hiring eligibility.

Requirements

Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active veterinary state license.
At least 2 years of veterinary experience.
Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
Compassionate leadership and willingness to manage a team.
Effective communication skills and commitment to high-quality medicine and mentoring.
