Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
About The Position
UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support five Urgent Care locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, and Northbridge. The walk-in urgent care service provides same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries and serves a broad Central Massachusetts community. The position involves a diverse patient mix, including adults and some pediatric cases, and offers a predictable urgent care schedule rather than hospital-based call. The team has strong APP collaboration and onsite imaging and laboratory support, and uses Epic EMR. The schedule is full time. The hiring range is $127,587.20–$160,763.20 based on a 40-hour work week; final compensation varies with scheduled hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Eligible for or currently holds a Massachusetts license, with national certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable).
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
