About The Position

UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support its five Urgent Care locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, and Northbridge. The role provides walk-in, same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries to a broad Central Massachusetts community, with a diverse patient mix that includes adults and some pediatric cases. The team offers strong APP collaboration, onsite imaging and laboratory services, Epic EMR, and alignment with a growing health system. The position offers a predictable urgent care schedule compared with hospital-based call. The hiring range is $127,587.20–$160,763.20 based on a 40-hour full-time schedule. Final compensation varies according to scheduled hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity; part-time or reduced-schedule compensation is prorated. Candidates must hold a qualifying graduate degree and applicable certifications and registrations.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Eligible for or currently licensed in Massachusetts.
National certification, as applicable, from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA.
Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration.
Federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

Provide same-day urgent care treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries.
Support urgent care services across locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, and Northbridge.
Care for a broad patient mix, including adults and some pediatric patients.
