About The Position

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team to support our 5 Urgent Care locations in Franklin, Hopkinton, Milford, Medway, and Northbridge. Serves a broad Central Massachusetts community with multiple locations (e.g., Milford, Franklin, Hopkinton, Medway, Northbridge). Predictable urgent care schedule vs. hospital-based call. Diverse patient mix (adult + some pediatric cases). Strong APP collaboration. Supportive infrastructure with imaging/lab onsite. Growing network and system alignment. Epic EMR.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Eligible or current Massachusetts license.
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, as applicable).
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration.
• Federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide same-day treatment for non-emergency illnesses and injuries.
• Serve a broad Central Massachusetts community.
• Work a predictable urgent care schedule.
• Treat a diverse patient mix including adult and some pediatric cases.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Utilize onsite imaging and lab support.
• Work within a growing network and system alignment.
