Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (Per Diem)
About The Position
Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care is seeking skilled Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join their Per Diem Weekend Team across Connecticut and New York locations. This opportunity offers a flexible way to supplement current practice, make a meaningful impact in patient care, and earn competitive supplemental income while practicing at the top of your license. The role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages, developing treatment plans, performing various procedures, and collaborating with specialists and healthcare partners.
Requirements
- Current State Medical License
- Controlled Substance Registration
- Federal DEA Registration
- NP or PA Certification
- Current ACLS and PALS certification
- Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Experience with common urgent care procedures strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
