About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Perrysburg). This position involves a 12-hour shift schedule (8a-8p) with holiday and every third weekend rotations. No call is required. The primary site is Perrysburg, but floating to other locations may be necessary. The team includes one Medical Director and seven Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The patient volume typically ranges from 30-45 patients per day. Experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department is highly preferred. PPG focuses on preventive care and patient education across a wide range of medical specialties, assisting individuals in maintaining long-term health and managing complex conditions. Advanced Practice Providers utilize the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Ohio.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department highly preferred.

Responsibilities
