About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider at Urgent Care (Central) in Toledo, Ohio. This role involves working three (12) hour shifts per week, from 8a-8p, with holiday and every third weekend rotation required. No call is required. The main location is Urgent Care (Central Ave, Toledo), but the provider will float to other locations. The team consists of 1 Medical Doctor and five APP's, with a patient volume of 30-45 per day. PPG focuses on preventive care and patient education across a wide range of medical specialties, helping individuals maintain long-term health and manage complex conditions. Advanced Practice Providers apply the latest medical knowledge and collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care at every stage of life. Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
• Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure personalized, effective care.
• Float to other locations as needed.
