About The Position

Join our US11 Panel builder team as an Upstream Flow Controller and be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who manages supplier relationships, procurement execution, and inbound material flow to support uninterrupted production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Material Planning, or a related role.
Basic understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and components while balancing inventory levels and business requirements.
Plan, develop, implement, and continuously improve material planning processes to support on-time delivery and production schedules.
Execute daily purchase order (PO) placement, track supplier deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.
Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to optimize supply flow and resolve material-related issues.
Monitor inventory levels against established targets and take proactive measures to address shortages, excess stock, and potential supply risks.
Ensure continuous product availability by resolving backorders, supply constraints, and delivery delays.
Review and manage ERP-generated messages, identify recurring issues, and escalate concerns to drive timely resolution.
Analyze inventory and stock discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
