Consider applying to work with the Utah Professional Practices Advisory Commission where you work on the front lines to prevent misconduct by Utah educators. Principal Duties As a UPPAC attorney, you will: Investigate educator misconduct. Prosecute educator misconduct in administrative proceedings. Train Utah educators on Utah's educator standards and professionalism. Qualifications The Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate is someone who: Is a law school graduate. Is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah. Has experience teaching or working with K-12 school age students. Is looking for a time-limited position of 18 months About the Role Location – 250 East 500 South Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111 United States Background Check Required – Yes Drug Test Required – No Schedule Code – AE - Employees of the State Board of Edu.
