About The Position

The UOC Provisioner supports telecommunications carriers by managing voice and data-service orders between trading partners and ensuring requests are accurately formatted, processed, and completed in accordance with carrier requirements and industry standards. The role supports the full provisioning lifecycle, from order submission and error resolution through confirmation, activation, and completion, while partnering with onshore and offshore operations teams to provide reliable customer service. This is a remote position that may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at management’s discretion. The UOC Provisioner serves as a senior escalation point for complex provisioning issues, reviews and processes wireline telecommunications orders, supports the Universal Order Connect (UOC) platform, and coordinates with customers, carriers, and internal operations partners. The role also supports offshore teams, maintains ordering systems and operational documentation, identifies process improvements, and assists with onboarding and training associates. The pay range is $21.54–$31.25 per hour. Regular, full-time non-sales positions may be eligible for TransUnion’s annual bonus plan; certain positions may also be eligible for long-term incentives and other payments. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without current or future employer sponsorship.
