About The Position

The Unsung Hero position is both a customer facing and behind the scenes potion that involves being outdoors in all weather conditions and getting dirty. It is the Unsung Hero’s responsibility to continuously exceed the high standards of quality, safety, and world class customer service. Requirements

An eye for details and cleaning
An eagerness to learn
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as work as part of a team
Ability to interact with the public and Wickham Farms team in a professional, welcoming manner with good communication skills
A problem solver who can work in a very fast paced environment
Ability to commit to weekend hours
Ability to smile, laugh and have fun for 6-8 hours
Ability to be on your feet, standing tall all day long
