About The Position
We are seeking an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join our team in Fairmont, MN. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, patient-focused individual who is eager to contribute to a positive dental care experience. Whether you have prior dental office experience or are looking to start your career in the field, we welcome your application! This can be a part time opportunity (18-28 hours) with clinic needs on Monday, Tuesday (between 7-5:30) or Friday (7-3:30 PM).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.
Nice To Haves
- Dental office experience preferred, but not required.
- Spanish speaking preferred at some locations
Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and prepare patients for clinical procedures.
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists as needed during treatments.
- Set up and clean up operatories, ensuring proper disinfection and waste management.
- Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
- Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
