This position supports institutional marketing initiatives within Ball State University’s central Office of Marketing and Communications. The Marketing Strategy team leads and stewards the university’s brand development, institutional marketing strategy, and lead generation efforts, working in partnership with campus units to advance enrollment, reputation, and engagement goals. As part of this team, the University Marketing Advisor contributes to the execution of marketing initiatives that reflect and reinforce the university’s strategic direction. The role works within a team-based structure to coordinate projects, support campaign execution, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment with institutional priorities and brand standards.
