About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers. This role, similar to a Sales Associate, directly impacts Warby Parker's success through customer interactions, process improvement, and special projects in retail locations across the country and Canada. The Advisor will showcase Warby Parker's brand and make the glasses shopping experience exceptional. Warby Parker was founded in 2010 with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style, aiming to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good without charging a premium. The company offers designer-quality glasses, contacts, eye exams, and vision tests, making exceptional vision care simple and accessible. For every pair of glasses or sunglasses sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.
