About The Position

The Product Marketing team drives adoption of TransUnion’s global solutions through strong, scalable go-to-market strategies that position TU as a trusted partner, innovator, and thought leader. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, training, and sales, the team plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth for Credit Risk—one of TransUnion’s core businesses. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing for Global Credit Risk Solutions and is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in a TU office location. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing or related B2B go-to-market experience, or equivalent experience leading complex enterprise GTM initiatives, leveraging data-driven or regulated products.
  • Demonstrated success developing high-impact sales enablement content and programs that improve seller effectiveness and customer adoption.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently, navigate ambiguity, and make sound strategic decisions without complete information.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes.
  • Industry experience in financial services, , insurance, or credit risk is preferred, but depth in complex B2B solution marketing is essential.
  • Content creation, collaboration, and distribution tools used to develop and manage go-to-market assets.
  • Analytics or reporting tools used to track adoption, performance, and effectiveness of GTM programs.

  • Exposure to credit risk solutions or alternative data, including short-term lending
  • B2C product marketing experience that can be effectively translated into enterprise B2B environments.
  • Comfort creating net-new product marketing content, frameworks, and narratives rather than iterating on legacy materials.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Credit Risk solutions with responsibility for driving awareness and adoption of these products
  • Develop and maintain clear product positioning and messaging that equips sellers to differentiate competitively and resonates with buyers’ and users’ needs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Verticals to deliver enablement assets such as playbooks, trainings, and launch materials that drive market readiness and adoption.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence, market research, and rapid response to competitor activity to inform positioning and sales strategy.
  • Capture and synthesize voice-of-customer insights, including win/loss analysis, to continuously refine go-to-market approach and inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment—creating structure, clarity, and momentum for your products.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions and time zones to support product launches and solution adoption as needed.
