Lindley Counseling provides clinical services to support the mental health and wellbeing of undergraduate and law students. In addition to clinical work, counselors contribute to outreach, education, and training initiatives that promote wellbeing across the campus community. Counselors work in collaboration with campus partners including Lindley Health, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Public Safety, and select student organizations. Lindley Counseling values a collaborative team culture, ongoing learning, and professional growth. Regular training and professional development opportunities are provided throughout the year for the team, and dedicated time is provided to advance individual professional interests. The center is committed to maintaining a sustainable clinical workload that allows counselors to provide high-quality care while also participating in outreach, consultation, and professional development. This is a 10-month position, reflecting Lindley Counseling’s commitment to work–life balance, with two months off during the summer.
