About The Position
The Universal Experience Representative (UER) is an entry-level customer service role helping members with everyday banking needs, including opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education in person or virtually. UERs build strong member relationships, act as trusted advisors, and recommend solutions that save members time and money. The role offers a growth path from learning foundational skills to advanced levels, including certified financial counselor and team leader. Success requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to exceptional service, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of financial institution experience, or three years of customer service experience for each year of financial institution experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and following policies and procedures.
