The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for the timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. This role involves delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires cross-training to support sales and service functions.
